Our team focused on creating a pitch deck that highlighted various options for the product’s shape, size, and texture. These designs balanced innovation with practicality and were tailored to resonate with both internal stakeholders and end users. By combining cutting-edge technology with thoughtful design, we delivered versatile solutions that set the stage for PepsiCo's next big launch.

Northstar Imagery Creation

Used market research and AI tools to create a compelling pitch deck with visualized concepts



Design Process
Generative AI was integral in creating realistic environment imagery by showcasing how the snack could appear in diverse contexts. To ensure flexibility for PepsiCo’s internal team, we developed a deck design style in Miro, allowing for easy edits and updates. The AI-generated visuals were refined in Photoshop to enhance their realism, while the deck was crafted to seamlessly blend data, storytelling, and design.








Snack Shape Innovation

Developed a catalog of unique snack shapes and utilized Generative AI to create realistic visuals




Market Research
Our research centered on analyzing the characteristics of similar ready-to-eat snacks, including their shape, texture, and color. This informed the development of archetypes, which were used to create multiple snack variations for user testing. Additionally, our team produced hand-drawn sketches and tested various generative AI tools to craft a multitude of snack shapes. This research provided a strong foundation for designing visuals that effectively communicated the product’s potential.




Packaging Design

Collaborated cross-functionally to create an in-depth sustainable packaging and dispensing study





Overall Results
The final deliverables included multiple pitch decks, each featuring dozens of high-quality visuals tailored to different use cases. The generative AI-created images showcased a range of pellet variations and were edited for a photorealistic finish. This comprehensive presentation equipped the PepsiCo team with the tools they needed to align stakeholders and move forward confidently with their new air-fried snack concept.
